Amanda combines a blend of eastern and western modalities. She loves to do
deep, specific work using cupping therapy or deep tissue massage, while maintaining a relaxing flow with Swedish, myofascial release, and acupressure.
Amanda enjoys longer sessions to adequately and thoroughly attend to each muscle group in a slow style that feels great.
Amanda loves making her own DIY skin care products and makes her own moisturizer, lip balm, soap, deodorant, and even massage oil!
Amanda is one of several therapists at Renu with a background in math who has pursued the healing arts to alleviate pain for others. Amanda’s work is effective and feels great.
