Therapeutic massage

Customized to your needs, whatever your goal is for the session. Perfect for anyone who needs some focused attention. All of the massage therapists can add cupping therapy to your massage session. Sessions of cupping therapy on its own should be scheduled with our Certified Cupping Therapists, Olga or Brian.

Hot stone massage

Hot basalt stones will be utilized during each section of your massage, or select areas, depending on your preferences. Focusing on stress reduction, the release of fascia, improved circulation, reduction of physical stress symptoms to support more effective sleep and overall wellness, you will be massaged with heated basalt stones to penetrate muscle constriction. 60, 90 or 120 minutes, add $15 for hot stones.

Aromatherapy massage

Therapeutic grade essential oils will be added to your massage oils. 60, 90 or 120 minutes, add $10 for essential oils.

Prenatal massage

Available after your first trimester, we will help alleviate the extra stress on your body from carrying the newest member of your family. This massage is generally done in the side-lying position. 60 minutes only, add $5

Intake Form

Please fill out your intake form before arriving at your appointment. You will be sent a link to your intake form within your confirmation email. Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes before your appointment time.

During the pandemic, we are asking you to stay in your car until we text you to come in. For this reason, it’s important that we have your current cell phone number on file for us to contact you at.

What to avoid

Avoid aggressive exercise for 24 hours. Let your body rest and avoid exertion after your therapeutic massage session and drink plenty of fluids. You should also avoid caffeine, alcohol, sugary foods and drinks, dairy and processed meats.
